Regular board meetings are held in the third-floor boardroom of our division office at 420 22nd Street East in Saskatoon. For evening meetings, please use the building entrance on Fifth Avenue. (A ramp leads up to the door.) Please press the buzzer at this door to summon an attendant.
Meetings are usually held on Monday evenings. The agendas are posted here the Friday before the meeting occurs.

The Trustees' Journal is published periodically throughout the school year to keep parents, staff, students and the wider community aware of the school board's work on various issues and initiatives.
Liaison with Schools
The last school board election was held on October 24, 2012, in conjunction with Saskatoon's municipal election.
Who is eligible to become a Catholic board trustee?
A person is qualified to be nominated as a candidate and to hold office as a member of the Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools Board of Education if he/she is an elector of the school division on the day of the election. An elector is one who is:
Qualification as an elector has no connection to owning property or declaring taxes to a school board.
In order to run for the Catholic school board, you must be Roman Catholic, and all of the people signing your nomination paper must be Roman Catholic.
An employee of the Board of Education may seek nomination and election if he/she has first obtained a leave of absence in accordance with subsection 80(1) of The Labour Standards Act. If that employee is elected, he/she is deemed to have resigned from the position of employment on the day before the day on which he/she is declared elected unless for any reason the results of the election are overturned.
